No, I don't think so. I believe certainly there are people who did have their civil rights violated by getting arrested for protesting peacefully, however I think this is more of a case to bring against that specific town, police force, and clinic. In the case of the pastor that had his home raided and children terrorized, I think he should sue the FBI, the Federal government, the doj, and if possible the heads of those agencies and the leadership in office at that time. Basically he should find an attorney to open a civil case against the head of the FBI, Merrick Garland, the overzealous officers willing to carry out obviously illegal orders and name his wife and every child that lived through the ordeal. I am not an attorney so I don't know what that would entail, I just think it's in everyone's best interest to have these cases heard separate from this blanket fund for people who were pardoned and never should have been in jail to begin with.
