Child Safety Standards

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

UpTrust has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out the standards we maintain to keep children safe on our platform, how to report a concern, and how to reach us. These standards apply to every part of UpTrust, including our website and our mobile apps.

1. Our Commitment

We prohibit any content, conduct, or use of UpTrust that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits children. This includes, but is not limited to, CSAM, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and any other form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. Accounts that engage in such activity are removed, and we preserve and report relevant information to the appropriate authorities.

2. Compliance with Child Safety Laws

UpTrust complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. When we become aware of apparent CSAM, we report it to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through the CyberTipline, and to regional and national authorities as required by law. We preserve associated data as the law requires to support investigations.

3. Reporting a Concern

Anyone can report content or behavior that may endanger a child. You can reach our team from within the app using the in-app Feedback option, and our team reviews every report. You can also report a child safety concern directly to us by email at childsafety@uptrusting.com. Reports are prioritized and acted on promptly. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

To report suspected child sexual exploitation directly to authorities in the United States, you can also contact NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.

4. How We Respond to Reports

We review reports of CSAE, remove violating content, and disable the accounts responsible. Where we identify apparent CSAM, we preserve the material and account information and report it to NCMEC and other competent authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement requests made through lawful process.

5. Point of Contact

Our designated child safety point of contact can be reached at childsafety@uptrusting.com. You may also write to us at:

6. Changes to These Standards

We may update these standards as our platform and the relevant laws evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
