I plan food and wine travel trips for a group of close friends. As I am planning our next trip in 2027, most likely Africa (Egypt, Tanzania and Rwanda), any reco's?

Also, I am curious as to what you all believe to be your most memorable meals ever - mine are The Bunker in queensland, NZ, Osteria Francescana in Modena Italy and Dubrovnik in, well Dubrovnik.
