Texas, Ohio, Iowa, Kansas, South Carolina and North Carolina all moved toward Democrats at the top of the ticket. Counting is not finished. As of 7:40 AM Eastern on Wednesday, November 4, two Senate races and about 71 House races were still uncalled.
