The "Consequence Gap" ⚖️

Ever notice how the wealthy seem to have a shock absorber for life, while everyone else hits the pavement? It’s not just your imagination—it’s a systemic "consequence gap" that changes the stakes of survival.

The Buffer vs. The Brink: For most, one disaster—be it a job loss or a storm—is a life-altering catastrophe. For the elite, it’s an expensive inconvenience.

Fines as Fees: If the penalty for a rule is a fine, that rule only exists for the working class. To the wealthy, it’s just the "cost of doing business."

Failing Upward: We see CEOs walk away with golden parachutes after tanking companies, while the people on the ground floor are left to rebuild from zero with no net.

It’s a reminder that the "tightrope" of life is a lot wider for some than others.
