If I were a Charcuterie board, you’d find a carefully curated spread shaped by experience and education (a Master of Science in HR Management). I've learned the value of research with solid credible sources and communication. I insist on evidence and have an appetite for understanding complex human behavior.
My favorite Charcuterie memories are those that came together from the talents of many- inspiring new ideas and a community experience.
As for my contribution to the Charcuterie flavors, I add balance, patience, and an observational lens of a rockhound and fossil finder via a continuous look beneath the surface to examine the historical bigger picture. ;)
I do believe that no platter is complete without acknowledging what’s missing or misplaced: Bias.
Blind spots haven't been theoretical—they have been (and continue to be) revealed through a lifetime of mistakes, assumptions, and a need to first seek understanding.
Missteps have helped me to expand self-awareness while turning (what could have been) permanent blind spots into a deliberate practice of adapting when new evidence—or human reality—proves my initial assessment wrong.
I bring intellectual rigor to the table, but more importantly, a genuine commitment to showing up with self-awareness and learning through mature and respectful dialogue.
