Mental health or premeditated murder
If she was suffering from mental health how do you go from such severe mental health you strangle your own children but all of a sudden you are ok?
At what point is it the patient’s responsibility to manage multiple doctors and meds?
With all the help, she had how did nobody not notice a decline?
