I'm supposed to tell you about ME?! Talk about ME?!.... A few hours later.... Contemplation... is a place where I seem to find myself a lot lately. Seeking out this consciousness all these mediums and fortune tellers and channellers talk about and "raising your vibration/frequency,..." "Opening your third eye," or pineal gland to see through the veil and allow someone or something to come through and take over or what, is a bit on the sketchy side to me. I have exercised daily, worked daily, taken my vitamins since i was 7, daily (am 52 now), and done meditation for 30 minutes daily starting this week. So, this is long form tasks and commenting. well I suppose that an official introduction is in order.

I'm just Marc, a middle aged tree huggin vagabound hippie hillbilly who's been around the world twice, served as a commo grunt in the Army (HUA!), Learned Small arms Repair, How to work on Light wheeled vehicles, Combat lifesaver field medic stuff (first responder), Leadership development, Did a decade in radio Broadcasting on several stations to include Genre's like Pop, Oldies(50' 60's and & 70's), Rock/Classic Rock, Alternative, Country, and Pop/Urban; I am a professional trained voice over artist/actor (my true passion, I am very good at it.)  I love Music in all its forms and styles. I'm a Novice Writer and hope to complete my first book by the end of this year. I collect coins, zippos, and ball caps, and dabble in matchbooks, vinyl, and Old West Posters too. If I were to say what i hope to get (something from this) it would be to network with like minded folks who can help each other achieve their goals, encourage and lift each other up, and get sopme good habits out of this thing we call life.
