Hi, I’m Noelani Pearl Hernandez. My husband and I are the founders of Pearl Hernandez Consulting, a firm that helps executives and organizations navigate growth, change, and complexity through strategic planning, executive coaching, high-conflict management, mediation, and leadership development.

Over the years, we have partnered with nonprofits, businesses, and mission-driven organizations to strengthen leadership, improve organizational effectiveness, and create sustainable growth. Our clients have gone from feeling stuck and overwhelmed to building thriving, multi-million-dollar organizations with clear strategies and strong leadership teams.

I am also the host of the Beyond Mommy Dearest podcast, where I explore the long-term impact of narcissistic maternal abuse and its effects on relationships, leadership, mental health, parenting, and personal growth. In addition to podcasting, I work as a Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coach, helping survivors heal from toxic family dynamics, rebuild confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and reclaim their lives.

My work is rooted in psychology, leadership, and trauma-informed practices, with a focus on helping people and organizations move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
