current priority rules of thumb for right now for what to work on (off the cuff)
New to project management
thoughts? differences in opinion?
1. Core differentiators: trust and bridging.
2. Value for the user
- bug fixes & reliability
- value loops: things that help users get continuous value from the site
- delightful or fun things
- smoothness of use
3. Help us grow the platform
4. Stuff that's fun for us to build
(regardless of whether it's core, valuable to a ton of people, or helps us grow. I have a strong intuition that some of these will become core if we let ourselves play and experiment a little)
All of this modulo subjective excitement, time, energy etc of the person working on it, ala GTD.
