How do you cope, eliminate or manage extreme anger when you realize there is nothing tangible or concrete you can do about it? Here is my specific situation. I recently completed a massive renovation on my home. Within the last 18 months, we found numerous errors by the contractor which will cost me in excess of $75,000 in repairs. He has since lost his license, my attorney has said I have no legal recourse against his insurance company, and a civil case would end up costing me more in legal fees than the repairs. I find myself seething, almost paralyzed, some days knowing I have to pay for these repairs. Thoughts?
