I sat down to pray. My heart was broken, my soul was heavy and words wouldn't come out st all. Thoughts were intrussive and my there was no peace anywhere.

And so I sad down and spoke to the Lord and said.. I'm here father. I'm here. 

A voice inside my head said: I know. I see you. I'm here with you. 

And there was peace in my heart.
