Government Raises Rents On Its Own Buildings While Freezing Private Ones

The government owns buildings like Tracy Towers where the math does not work either and they are raising rents there while freezing them on private places. That shows the real game. When private buildings go broke from the rules the city takes them over and jacks up rents anyway. It is a plan to make private housing fail and grab the property.
