So where are the DOW and or DOJ mass arrests for such crimes? We cannot MAGA without justice for these crimes and many others by Governements.
Article IV, Section 4 (the Guarantee Clause) forbids invasion and so called sanctuary states, cities, towns, etc… As Unlawful and in fact TREASON, or actions of WAR against the USA republic and the people.

The Supreme Law of Constitution that explicitly requires a “Republican Form of Government.” It binds the United States to ensure every state maintains one (understood by the Framers primarily as a government deriving power from the people, without a monarch , socialism, Muslim/Islam, Communism, etc.. or hereditary aristocracy, administered by representatives under the rule of law).
Debates at the Constitutional Convention and Federalist writings (especially Madison in Nos. 39 and 43) confirm the intent was to prevent states from adopting monarchical, aristocratic, or other non-republican forms that could undermine the Union. Like New York and other states are now doing (California, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, etc…).

For reference, Article III, Section 3 defines and limits treason:
“Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted. ”The Guarantee Clause has largely been treated as a political question for Congress (not the courts) to enforce, per cases such as Luther v.
