It’s true, the Scriptures record direct land promises from God to Abraham and his descendants. Genesis sets the borders from the river of Egypt to the Euphrates. Those words stand as the landlord deed in scripture. Modern leaders and courts deny the scriptures and fight endless wars over the same territory.
