This brought up a couple things in me: 1) I think there could be a more American middle way to do this... which involves a cultural shift and education system upgrade. What I mean by "American" is more "free-market," choose your own adventure style.... Thanks for bringing it all up to be clarified! A history is a cool idea, thanks. And having some sort of index/definition of terms in the first issue also makes sense; updating my ideas from this....
