I think the issue that you are trying to counter is fundamentally not able to be countered. When it opened in May, we were nervous about whether people would actually use the space, but merlins place has become the de facto gathering + event space for everyone in our extended circles at Fractal, and it hardly sees any downtime these days :) I believe Fractal is its own...
