HHS has 90 days to deliver plans on single antigen vaccines dose timing alternatives to certain adjuvants and better safety monitoring. Federal agencies must align their own actions regulations and coverage with the new recommendations.
The bottom line is fewer routine shots on the national list and stronger federal push for religious exceptions where states have shut them down. States still write the school rules.
The fight over those rules has just moved into federal courtrooms.
