Dark Bird transforms into a beautiful Peacock
New to personal development
Nithya Shanti my teacher introduced a practice called the Dark Bird.Let me describe it for you…we were to finish 300 acts of kindness and consciously pat our backs after each deed.I began doing the deeds and started taking accountability for the same. After a month of recording over a 125 such deeds,I stopped writing for I was naturally in the act of smiling at strangers, taking on workload of others happily, loving & respecting myself more,Setting up healthy boundaries .I started writing on a topic that intrigued me.Recording tapping videos and sharing to whomsoever could benefit.I discovered kindness need not have boundaries. This practice helped me lift all the boundaries that were in my Mind & made me follow my heart & fill it with love & compassion or I should say vibration & energy.Nithya I hope more and more people benefit and clear their mental fog by doing so.Humans are compassionate and loving but in their quest for power, position recognition we all forget to be Human.Nithya to someone reading the above may seem very basic, but the experience is indescribable.A few days back we were returning from a wedding taking the taxi from Airport to get home.In the lift I saw a stray dog shivering scrunched up in the corner my husband remarked he has fever. My floor had come before getting out I told the guard bhaiya take care he has fever. On the way back home I kept thinking about my dog at home.We were all to leave for another wedding in the family the next day.I started feeling guilty about leaving him,the wedding was in immediate family but for the first time in my life I declared myself sick took harsh words of family but stayed back with my dog.It felt so good.
