This one covers the past two weeks. Items marked (experimental) are still changing week to week.
Feed
- People and topics you follow now count in the ranked feed.
- Crowding fixes keep any one author from filling your screen.
- A new "improve my feed" flow asks a few calibration questions so ranking learns your judgment faster.
- The feed updates immediately when you post or delete.
- Your collections now have a public listing page.
Events
- Share an event in one tap, and shared links unfurl with a real preview card.
- Export a recurring event to your calendar as the full series.
- New host tools: hide the exact location until you approve an RSVP, allow "Maybe" answers, and add guests by hand.
Topics and trust
- Follow topics from the Topics page. A Following section keeps yours together, and a bell on each card controls notifications.
- Trust someone on any topic you can name, and remove trust per topic.
- Two new notifications: when votes land on your posts (batched at milestones so it stays quiet), and when someone you invited trusts you back.
- Badges got a redesign: vintage patch art, stacked tiers, and a shelf on your profile. Hover cards now show a person's featured badge.
Encrypted chat
- See every device that holds your chat keys, and revoke any you do not recognize.
- Verify who you are talking to by scanning a safety-number QR code on mobile.
- Your chat keys are wiped from the browser when you log out.
- New accounts get a rewritten welcome email and a short sequence that introduces one thing at a time.
- Product updates are now their own email category with a separate unsubscribe in settings.
- Links in the weekly digest sign you in automatically on your own device, with limited permissions for safety.
- Creators: the digest shows a "Your Reach This Week" section when your posts traveled.
- Fewer activation emails overall, and finer toggles in settings.
RSS and blogs
- The site, every blog, and every tag now have RSS feeds.
- Mark your posts as blog posts and your profile links to your blog.
Invites
- Everyone gets one lifetime slot to invite a trusted friend, on top of the normal invite flow.
- The invite page shows a vouch dashboard so you can see where your vouches stand.
Bridges and egregores (experimental)
- Bridges can now be scored relative to emergent communities, not only archetypes.
- The weekly perspectives email includes a bridge of the week.
- Bridge cards show author and date, and comment cards carry a bridge badge.
Crews (experimental)
- "Free right now" mode: when enough of the crew is free, a meeting starts on its own.
- Claim your spot on a public crew poll.
Using your personal AI assistant to access UpTrust
- The wiki now walks through connecting Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok to your account.
- A connected assistant can create events and send invites, using a permission you grant.
Images
- Reorder and remove the images attached to a post.
- Reposition the crop on profile, group, and event image uploads.
- Inline images in posts now load reliably.
Fixes and polish
- Notification cards are fully tappable.
- Group descriptions expand in place, and you can read the whole description before joining.
- The help center got a coverage pass and real screenshots.
- A batch of small fixes across share sheets, menus, and logged-out pages, and the home feed lens switcher was removed.
Mobile
The iOS app went in for App Store review. It has the same navigation and look as the web app: groups (create one, invite people, manage members, chat in channels), end-to-end encrypted messages, editing and deleting your own posts and comments, pull to refresh, and Sign in with Apple. More lands with each build, most recently profile picture upload and message previews on channel notifications.
