These practices often cultivate powerful insight and personal transformation. Yet much of human challenge and growth occurs not in solitude but in relationship. When people return from transformative experiences to their everyday interactions with partners, colleagues, and communities, the clarity they experienced internally can become difficult to maintain within the complexity of live human interaction.

Relateful can be understood as a practice that addresses this gap by bringing awareness directly into relational experience.
