Flooding: I am no expert nor experienced (yet!) but the things that pop to mind for me are 1. Put a french drain through your yard, from the low point to somewhere lower?... How should I landscape my house?
I am working on landscaping the home I bought in October, starting with the front yard due to a couple of issues. First, there is a big dip in the yard that floods every time it rains heavily.... It's the littlest thing . .
So this happened. . . How would you relate? I recently purchased new kitchen appliances (yay me!). They were delivered today. Prior to their arrival, I had been sitting with a range of emotional states (from joy to fear to contentment, etc.) and body sensation that kept me... - renee...

As for what to do with that space, do you hang out in your front yard? Do you want to?... thank you for this! unfortunately the french drain would be a big pain to put in. the next lowest point on the property is the creek behind the house so it would require a lot of digging....
