The brief history is that the Circling Institute (Guy Sengstock) initiated a "Circling Federation" and legally wrote in three schools—CI (Circling Insitute), CE (Circling Europe) and IC (Integral Center); all of my creations were still merged with CE when we all begrudgingly... sad to say but with the onslaught of daily horrifying news, this didn't even come on my radar and i usually read news daily. appreciate you bringing it up and made me do some digging. Definitely seems ridiculous for a state official to deny marriage on religious grounds.... - onIt appears there is very strong opinion these days about issues like corruption and misconduct. Either people are 100% sure it's happening on a large scale, or they refuse to believe the possibility even exists. Is it strictly a belief system thing, maybe just creating divide,... I've been doing a lot of open records requests lately regarding a disturbing situation some years ago. It's been one issue after another for a month. Last contact had them attempting to deter with unconstitutional fees....
