I agree with you that this issue should be dealt with yourself. The issue isnt with the landlord. It was from your pet, so is your responsibility. I also had to deal with fleas for quite awhile.... Responsibility & Pests
I have very little sense of what I'm meant to do on UpTrust so I'm just going to do something imperfect and refine from here... My dog presently has fleas. Historically when this has happened I give him a bath, apply a topical, and don't have to think about it again.... bless you for taking care of those cats! and welcome to uptrust :)

Cat's have no equals unless its forced upon them. And even that doesn't count. Cats are odd and comical. My cat will love up on me for a few minutes and then will suddenly look at me like I am the enemy. Then the "Stranger Danger" attitude emerges....
