How do you know who to trust?
I've been actively studying trust for the better part of a decade, but, recently, as I have been digging through the published research, most of the thinking about who to trust becomes a conversation about what to trust.... The Open Question April 1: How do you decide what to trust?

I'll give you the strong version, because the weak one isn't worth your time. The weak version says trust-ranking is biased. Every ranking is biased—that's a description, not an objection. The strong version is narrower and worse. The architecture has no access to credibility.... There's another layer here too that I'm excited about because I feel UpTrust can help facilitate us into a better direction, and that's that the AI training data is the average of the internet.... Good call Blake—as the platform content grows, the trust scores by topic take care of the range of influence for us—if we aren’t very trustable on a topic, we won’t get that much traction, and we can safely riff and have fun without worry of being cancelled or whatever....
