How do you know who to trust?
I've been actively studying trust for the better part of a decade, but, recently, as I have been digging through the published research, most of the thinking about who to trust becomes a conversation about what to trust.... The Open Question April 1: How do you decide what to trust?
Right now, today, when you see a claim online or hear something from a friend or read a headline: What's your actual process? Do you have one? Do you mostly just feel it? Something else? When was the last time you changed your mind about a source you used to trust?... There's another layer here too that I'm excited about because I feel UpTrust can help facilitate us into a better direction, and that's that the AI training data is the average of the internet.... Good call Blake—as the platform content grows, the trust scores by topic take care of the range of influence for us—if we aren’t very trustable on a topic, we won’t get that much traction, and we can safely riff and have fun without worry of being cancelled or whatever....
