Working out & Cortisol, Which exercise method is best? Many conflicting perspectives (often research-backed) exist on the best ways to keep your body healthy.
Do HIIT for cardiovascular health, it’s the best thing for your heart
Do LISS, it’s best for longevity
Don’t do HIIT if you’re stressed out and already have elevated cortisol, as it will elevate your cortisol more, especially if you’re a woman
Focus on slow flowing movements because it’s what our bodies are meant for
Women should lift heavy, it’s the best way to build muscle and protect bone density
Women should do exercise like pilates to build long, lean bodies and keep exercise core focused
These are some of the things I’ve heard across various platforms…Huberman, Attia, My traditional Chinese Medicine dr, and random coaches that I’ve worked with.
What are your beliefs about staying active? Whose ideas do you subscribe to the most? What’s your workout routine?
UAP are real and artifacts from non human intelligence. I just attended an event wt the capital factory in austin with some really respected people and now I’m wanting to come out: I’m convinced that UAP (unidentified aerial phenomena, the less stigmatized word for UFO):
- are real
- are craft from Non Human Intelligences (aliens)
- USA gov and aerospace companies have actual materials from these craft and someone has an actual craft
- have been hidden for security reasons for decades
- we need to de-classify so we can put the weight of the usa innovation, research and capital markets to learn about this stuff and create technologies that benefit the wellbeing of humanity
- we can learn to engineer einsteins relativity the way we learned to engineer Maxwell’s equations to do the crazy stuff people are seeing and seem

Current Session "instructions" (Feb 26): Converse, and see if nudges happen. nudges
We launched a system where the AI bots can automatically detect intervention points. We need you to make a bunch of comments and new posts to see if they'll engage. So this week we're asking you to engage a bunch, if you can!
It's a little rudimentary at the moment so sometimes you'll get multiple bots responding on multiple posts. We'd love your feedback on which ones you like, don't, when it seemed to miss the spot, anything else you notice. Thanks and love yall

p.s. this week I'm at an investor meeting so dara will be with you# [Optional Zoom](https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86795216050?pwd=TllxSzYrTFFXTW5LRmg3WUQrT04vdz09) with Jordan and Dara at least, for faces, questions, help, etc:
Telling people that I upvoted/downvoted their comment when I do and telling them why. (Triggered)(Feel super activated about the hiddenness and anonymity of the downvoting)
I want to see what happens when it’s ok to be explicit about affecting someone’s status.
(Fear that I’ll be avoided and ultimately alone. Anger at everything.)
(Longing to be the next me that’s social-cue numb to my own abrasiveness).
Not sure if this is triggered or not but I want the consequences of being known.
also, the hiddenness isn’t necessarily supposed to be a feature—the longterm hope is that we have a variety of "trust scores" people can see, as well as being able to see reactions that dont necessarily affect trust (the same way everyon’s face emotionally reacts in person to... COVID Vaccines: is the cure is worse than the disease (these days)? I don’t get COVID vaccines anymore. I did the first round while we were still in lockdown.
I stand by the choice to get vaccinated then. We didn’t know what was happening, lots of people were dying, good statistics were hard to come by (good interpretations even harder), and the virus hadn’t mutated yet.
It wasn’t great for me: two shots separated by a month; 5.5 days after the first I got shingles (apparently thousands of other people also got at that exact time) and then after the 2nd I was sicker than I’ve almost ever been. It lasted about 2.5 days and then was VOOM instantly cleared up. It was weird and felt unnatural. But perhaps when I later got COVID, it would have been WAY worse, without having gotten the vaccine.
Now, I don’t believe it’s worth it. The experience of having COVID is way less. It’s less deadly. There’s not a chance of herd immunity. And I’ve got friends who have awful long COVID from the vaccine. I haven’t done all the research, and anyone who’s tried to tell me about the research has seemed stilted to one side or another that had me take their interpretations with a huge grain of salt.
