The things that have made a difference here for me are exactly what you'd expect, but I'll list them just in case. Fixed wakeup time. I'm trying to imagine this bed. It sounds delightful. Perhaps a caccoon or a chrysalis is a better image. We go in our little living living sack at night turn into a puddle of goo and wake up a butterfly. Delightful....
