Or how this thing works- Or what the heck it even is... I do know: I'm on a mission. To get the attention of people whom can help THE CHILDREN AND FAMILIES in Colorado. Jefferson County to be exact!... I think other factors would certainly influence adoption and foster rates before political party. Like religion, economic status, etc. I tried to do some research on this, and the web of who adopts and why is very complex....
