My heart belongs in Maine, but I'm currently raising my family in another state. My BA is in Intelligence Studies—think James Bond... just government-style. 😂 CIA, NSA, FBI, MI6, Russia's SVR, and the countless other intelligence agencies around the world.... Not the same for me, I'm totally unblemished 🤣 . I wholeheartedly agree that even the best spaces have lots of glaring errors, shadows, problems, and even the best teachers show up in bodies that have problems, and impact other bodies.... Fra I'm a bit of an integral apologist so I'm focusing on the integral bits of your post. but first thanks for the beautiful things you've said about having compassion for ourselves, and the challenge of doing deep emotional work.... Tangential Principle 2: "Feeling or Feeler" I meet MANY people who want to do their "trauma work" so that they "don’t have to feel that way any more". It doesn’t work....
