Tonight is my second date with a guy who’s the head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Austin school district. I enjoy him a lot, but EVERYTHING is identity for him. I brought up integral theory on our first date and he’s super interested.... I believe Mr. Goodell insisting upon DEI continuing to play a role within the NFL Community, is a strategic mistake and not following in line with the many Fortune 500 Corporations that have dismissed and abandoned this practice.
