Can an institution build real accountability to truth rather than to rank — and can that be tested, not just asserted? How do I talk about AI and digital tools as legitimately good making, in the Tolkien "sub-creation" sense, without going soft on their real dangers? What does it take to fund serious long-form theological writing outside institutional support, without turning readers into a customer base?
