Hi! Untethered Soul was very impactful for me. And yang physicality. And 75% hardness. My biggest journey these days is with a book called Roar by Dr. Stacy Sims. She's one of the first (if not the actual first) to study nutrition and fitness in women.... yes! I'm similar (surprise!) and similarly I don't think I realized how important until having kids disrupted my movement / workout habits and structure.... This is so true, and even the smallest steps lead to the next steps, the necessary steps for being healthier, happier, more authentic, more creative.... - GregF...
