Hi! Untethered Soul was very impactful for me. And yang physicality. And 75% hardness. My biggest journey these days is with a book called Roar by Dr. Stacy Sims. She's one of the first (if not the actual first) to study nutrition and fitness in women.... Wow. I guess I've entered my full luddite phase. This is definitely a bad idea.
