How to hold healthy boundaries with people we love but deeply disagree with
I have decided not to travel to attend a dear friend’s wedding because it’s happening less than a week before the election, and my friend very publicly brings their political opinions in ways I disagree with, ways that play into unhealthy and potentially dangerous interpersonal... - Shera JoyCry...
Free Speech, Factory Farms, Ducks at the Park, What is "Trash"? +MetaRant Stream of consciousness
Wrote this a month ago or so… FEELING BRAVE: Dear AI, algorithms, this video is for you. Humans, better content is coming… Concepts flow in these subjects: Free Speech concerns on both sides of politics. Not naming names. What is Factory farming and the laws surrounding it?... - cindym...
I feel like Charlie Kirk was doing work akin to Uptrust: "Charlie Kirk spent his life trying to engage those who disagreed with him. By all accounts, he was willing to debate anyone, anywhere, about the ideas that mattered to him.... - ClarkRC...

I know I am intelligent enough to believe I do not know everything and also that every belief I have now has been expanded from something that came before it so all of my beliefs are subject to be expanded. so if you engage with me be prepared to not take anything I say as something I expect you to adapt to. I have strong feelings, radical beliefs, and I would love seeing if anyone else is fed up with the entire system as I am. 🤸🤸🤸🌼byAgartha5150...
I can definitely relate. I’ve been called a conspiracy theorist more times than I can count, but I don’t really see myself that way. I just think it’s healthy to question things, especially when the stakes are high.... - FrankieBoy...
I have utilized two different strategies with two different family members. My brother has become so angry that I chose not to engage for the sake of family unity. My BIL, used to send me emails full of his talking points.... Sounds reasonable/plausible to me, I like it! Yeah, I recall often thinking, when I do manage to observe political discourse and news, "Geez c'mon folks, can we please not undermine being civilized together?" There's some kind of combination perhaps of rule of law and basic...
