Your assistant publishes a post on your UpTrust feed under your name, with a title and images if you like, exactly as if you had posted it in the app. Anyone can read it, and people you @mention are notified the same way. Notifications cannot be recalled; your assistant can reword the post within an hour, and you can delete it in the app.
Ask it like this
- “Post this on my UpTrust feed.”
- “Share these trip photos as a post on my feed.”
When another tool fits better
- Can you post this in my group?
You want it in one of your groups, not on your public feed. - Can you fix my post?
You want to change a post you already made.
Before you use it
- It needs the Post for you permission, which UpTrust asks you to approve when you connect.
- It writes to UpTrust, and part of what it does cannot be undone, such as notifications already sent or text it replaces. Its effects reach people or services beyond your own account.
- In Claude, connect

What your assistant is told
Your assistant decides when to use this tool from the title and description UpTrust’s server gives it. Here they are exactly as the server sends them.
- Tool name
post_to_feed- Title
- Post on the user's main feed (this posts publicly under the user's name)
- Description
Use this when the user asks you to post something on their UpTrust feed, the main feed everyone sees, not in a group: it publishes a post under the user's name, public to everyone, exactly as if they had posted it in the app. To post in a channel of one of their groups, use post_to_channel instead. Pass `text`, and optionally a `title` and `images`. To attach images, first call get_image_upload_signature, upload each file to Uploadcare yourself with the fields it returns, and pass the UUIDs Uploadcare answers with in `images` (up to 10, each a JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP of at most 10 MB). Never pass image bytes, base64 or image URLs here. To mention someone in `text`, write @ and their username as the app shows it, in any case ("@jordan", "@Jordan Luke"): it is linked and notified exactly like a mention picked in the app, and is otherwise posted as plain text, listed with the reason in `unlinkedMentions`. An @ in code, a link, a URL or an email address is never a mention. THIS IS A LOUD WRITE: anyone can read the post. Post only what the user asked you to post, once. The notifications it sends cannot be recalled; edit_post rewords it within an hour, and the user can delete it in the app. The response gives the post's `postId` (for edit_post) and `url`, lists who was mentioned in `mentioned`, and carries a `speakable` line to relay.
