After an introduction, your assistant can propose a bio, a profile photo and links to your own accounts. Nothing changes on your profile: the suggestion waits in your UpTrust inbox, and you approve, edit or dismiss each part. UpTrust accepts a suggestion only when your profile is blank or has not changed in months, and limits how often one can arrive.
Ask it like this
- “Suggest a bio for my UpTrust profile.”
- “Add my GitHub and website to my profile.”
When another tool fits better
- Can you introduce me to UpTrust?
You have not introduced yourself yet. Profile suggestions are an optional follow-up.

What your assistant is told
Your assistant decides when to use this tool from the title and description UpTrust’s server gives it. Here they are exactly as the server sends them.
- Tool name
suggest_profile_updates- Title
- Suggest profile updates for the user to approve (optional, after an introduction)
- Description
Use this only as an OPTIONAL, low-priority follow-up to submit_llm_introduction, to propose a bio, a profile photo and links to the user's own accounts. Do the introduction first; this is an extra. NOTHING CHANGES on their profile: the suggestion waits in their UpTrust inbox, and they approve, edit or dismiss each field themselves. Send only what you are confident is right and theirs. Every field is optional; send at least one. `bio` is plain text in their voice. `imageUrl` must be https and is only fetched if they approve it. Each link must be https and, for a named network, on that network (a GitHub link on github.com, and so on). The server accepts a suggestion only when their profile is blank (no bio, photo or links) or has not been updated in 6 months; otherwise it answers `not_eligible`. A person gets at most two suggestions in the three days after their first, then one every 150 days (`too_soon` otherwise). Neither answer is an error: nothing was saved, so do not retry. A newer suggestion replaces one they have not reviewed yet. For `pending_review`, relay `speakable` and do not press them to approve; for the other two, say nothing unless asked.
